Returns and withdrawal from the contract

If you buy online as a consumer, you have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason.

How to return a product

  1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving the parcelWrite to kontakt@togiya.com.pl that you are withdrawing from the contract. Give your order number. You can use the form below.
  2. Send the product back within the next 14 daysTo: TOGIYA Polska, Sokolnik 17, 14-420 Młynary, Poland. You cover the cost of the return shipment. Pack the scissors well, ideally in their case and a box.
  3. We refund your money within 14 daysBy transfer to the account you paid from, unless you give us another one. We may wait with the refund until the product reaches us or you send proof of postage.

Before sending it back, you can call us: +48 502 129 293. We will help if something is wrong, e.g. the length does not suit you.

Who this applies to

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. It also applies to sole traders if the purchase is not of a professional nature for them. Purchases made as part of your profession, e.g. scissors for working in your salon, are not covered by this right.

What condition the product should be in

You can look at and check the product as you would in a shop: hold the scissors, check the length and the handle. If you used them for longer, e.g. cut hair with them, you are liable for the loss of value.

Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Salon Fryzjerski POINT Paweł Śnieżawski, Sokolnik 17, 14-420 Młynary, Poland, phone +48 502 129 293, e-mail kontakt@togiya.com.pl) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send back the goods or hand them over to us at Sokolnik 17, 14-420 Młynary, Poland, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
