    TOGIYA Utility knife, made in Japan. For fruit, meat, fish and vegetables. Three-layer blade: AUS-8 steel core (Aichi Steel), SUS410 steel cladding. Rosewood handle.

    Care

    After each working day, wipe the blades with the chamois and put a drop of oil on the screw. Keep the scissors in their case, away from other tools.

    Use them only for cutting hair. A fall or knock can damage the blade.
